It is fortuitous that the current subject has to do with your pretty feet: you find it easy to photograph them. Now, if the subject were to turn around to your .. ah .. other parts, that might require more mechanical ingenuity or an assistant. My wife would likely disapprove, but I would love to assist you in the photography.
Feet aren't always easy to photograph and can require just as much contortion as any other body part. I had fun last night trying to get good shots of heels, was quite likely a good workout for my abs.

I hear you on the ab work when taking good feet photos. It is surprisingly hard to left your legs in the air, get a good angle and not wobble the camera.
However, it is also very easy to take a picture were it looks like the ankle is broken.

I haven't processed them yet so it will be interesting to see if I get the broken ankle look. I do think I am starting to get a fetish for feet in the air shots, perhaps because they are so active.
